A network guide is available on the viewing page, located at the bottom left and highlighted in green under the “EPG” (Electronic Program Guide) tab.
This guide provides information on current channel times as well as upcoming shows. Users can also add channels to their favorites list through this area. Additionally, it is possible to browse future programming and schedule shows directly using the center button on your remote; once scheduled, a reminder for the selected program will appear on your screen
It’s advisable to use a modern modem and router that support internet speeds between 100 and 150mbps or up to 2.0 GB. For streaming devices, ensure your firestick is up-to-date (preferably 2nd generation or 4K models -- avoid the 4K Max version).
Restarting your streaming device and router weekly or biweekly helps clear cached entertainment data, which can significantly decrease buffering issues.
At GCTV, every effort been made to provide the highest quality of service; however, certain channels may become temporarily unavailable due to technical difficulties beyond our control or scheduled maintenance by the channel providers.
There may also be instances where some channels are inaccessible.
Additionally, the channel lineup is subject to change or modification without prior notice.
A VPN is neither required nor recommended, as our service application incorporates a secure VPN within the app itself.
Using an external VPN may lead to buffering issues, particularly for subscribers with slower internet speeds. Ultimately, the decision to utilize an additional external VPN rests with the device owner.
GCTV provides support for all matters related to installation and login. Service plans can be cancelled at any time without the requirement of a contract, and access will be maintained for the remainder of the current billing period or month.
Refunds are not issued for partial use of services. Upon cancellation, accounts will be closed automatically; if credit information is not updated, service may be suspended. Please note that all sales are final and refunds are not available.
